Marbar Test Render

This is a test render of the same model as Duel, but without Global Illumination (sunlight). Instead I used two giant overhead rectangles with a light-emmitting texture of a skyline. That’s the reflection you see in the paintjob.

These reflections are way better then what ended up in the final image, but without global illumination, the image is too dark. I tried setting the light more intense, but that didn’t really work with the rest of the model (the background and racetrack). So I used both the overhead rectangles (set to be invisible) and the GI, so I still retained some of the reflections.
