Brantopoz Grand Tour

Description

After spending waaay too much time away from DA, I finally managed to upload something again.

Ladies and gennelmen, I present you... Brantopoz Grand Tour. Basically it's the scene from Loading Up The Brantopoz ([link]), but animated showing all sides of it, including the ship's interior. It was my first try at creating an interior (even before I made the interior of the DVE Stingray), so it's kinda basic.

The lay-out of the ship may seem a little strange, but that's intentional. I wanted to make it's form follow function and have the crew's quarters built around the machinery of the reactors & engines, with engineering stations in strange places and an access hatch right between the two pilot's seats.

There are several little jokes worked into the interior, but they're hard to spot given the low res. The TV in the common room shows the movie Mystery Science Theater 3000, still one of the funniest movies I've ever seen.
One picture above the couch shows the FDC-307 Masamune Shirow ([link]) by :iconmarrekie: (who also modelled the yellow UV-68 Loadmaster ([link]) being loaded), the other picture is the battle zeppelin Damocles ([link]) from my Crimson Skies fanfic. The laptop in the captain's quarters shows Call of Duty 1, which I played a lot at work when making this. The small photograph on the desk shows me & my gf. The big poster above it shows my A Golden Night In Chicago photo (also on DA ([link])). The other crew quarters has a lot of dirty pictures on the wall, cause they're guys in a space ship, you know, locked up for weeks on end. All the safety signs are issued by the Darwin Awards Safety Dept. and last but not least, one of the computer screens in the upper engineering station shows the dreaded Windows blue screen of death.

Anyway, enjoy!

Quite a nice feat judging the program you used.
